Handmade Halloween Cards|Donations to Local Nursing Home | October 2023.

Hello Friends, Today I wanted to share with you a volunteer opportunity that I took apart of in The Fall of 2023. This Volunteer Opportunity I found online (local to me) and is an ongoing volunteer opportunity for me that I’m apart of. This Volunteer Opportunity is through one of My Local Churches and is to help a Local Nursing Home. I wrote out & decorated 48 Halloween Cards Total for the residents at The Nursing Home. The Blank Cards that I used were purchased from Hobby Lobby, the Halloween ScrapBook Paper is from Temu, and the Halloween stickers that I used were from Temu and EBay. *All Items were purchased, handmade, & donated by me.* After I finished the cards, I dropped them off to the woman in charge of the program who than gives them to the staff at The Nursing Home to give out to the residents at there. I really enjoyed and loved this Volunteer Opportunity and like I mentioned this will be an online Volunteer Opportunity that I’m apart of! This is an excellent Volunteer Opportunity for you to do from your home. One of the most meaningful and favorite things of mine is a handwritten card. I love making these cards and they are a great way to volunteer and help your local community. You can make them for Nursing Homes, Cancer Centers, Hospitals, etc. There are endless opportunities of where to donate with making handwritten cards. Remember no act of kindness is too small. I really hope that the residents loved these cards and felt the love from me to them! I can’t wait to make more cards!

Thank you so much, as always, for following and supporting My Blog, My Crochet Work, and all of My Other Random Acts of Kindness and Volunteer Works!

I hope that all of you have a wonderful day and be back soon with more blog posts!

Love Always, Your Friend, Taralynn 💜💕
