Hello Friends! Today I wanted to share with you Thanksgiving Cards that I made & gifts for donation for The 2024 Thanksgiving Holiday! For The Thanksgiving Cards, I believe that there were a little over 100 Cards in total, I used paper turkey cut outs & Thanksgiving Stickers that I purchased from Amazon. On each turkey paper cut out I handwrote out a special note and added a sticker(s) on them. I still think that a handwritten note/letter/card is one of the most special, unique, personal, and meaningful sentiments that you can do for someone to let them know that you care. With the cards that I made, I also printed out (FREE Printables from Pinterest) Thanksgiving Wordsearch and Coloring Pages. I purchased this huge 400 pack of crayons and a 50 pack of #2 wooden pencils from Amazon. These Thanksgiving Cards and items will be handed out at a Thanksgiving Dinner that one of my local churches is putting on for refugee families. I think that this is very special and am so happy that again I got to be apart of something much bigger than me. I really love making handwritten notes/letters/cards for others, especially on holidays/special occasions/or just because.
I hope that this inspires you to maybe make/write out some handwritten cards/notes/letters and give them to others. You don’t have to be really creative or even have the best handwriting, in fact you could even type out a message if you wanted. There are many places where you can write/send cards too like local nursing homes, senior centers, churches, soldiers, veterans, shelters, foster homes, cancer centers, hospitals, etc. You can search on google around your local area to find different places as well. This is a wonderful and meaningful volunteer opportunity that you could get together with family/friends and do and/or even do with you kids and get them involved in volunteering/helping others! I really love making handwritten cards for others and being creative with them!
That’s going to be all for today! Wishing Everyone A Happy Thanksgiving! I’m very thankful and grateful for all of the wonderful blessings that God has given me. I’m truly grateful that I get to do what I love everyday, helping others through My Crochet and Volunteer work is my love and passion, and brings me so much joy and happiness!
I hope that all of you are doing well, and have a wonderful day! All of you are in my thoughts and prayers every day!
Much Love Always, Your Friend, Taralynn π¦β€οΈππππ
